The Other 30%

The Other 30% was a project made to address the inequalities faced by women at Stevens Institute of Technology. Within the complex of three buildings in which this piece was installed, there is only one women's restroom, as opposed to the three men's and two single-stalled gender-neutral restrooms.

The resultant photo of leaving the false door up for over a week in the building. A male professor commented that he physically ran into the door himself.
